Shipping Policy

PalV's Kasti provides free shipping all over India. All the products will be shipped through Shree Maruti Couriers or Register AD via Indian Postal Services. We want to make sure that products that are shipped reaches to you in a safe and secure manner.
 

We have designed a special packing for your Kasti. This packing has gone through stringent tests to meet our expectation. This packing is designed to be eco-friendly so it does not pollute the environment.
 

Once your order is placed and payment is received, we send confirmation about your order by whatsapp or Email. The order processing may take some time due to COVID-19. 
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Customer, once the product is ordered and payment is confirmed, we follow No Refund, No Return and No Exchange Rule. Under any circumstances, product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

International Customers.

We Payment needs to be done via PayPAL Gateway in US dollars.
Kasti prices tags are different for International Customers.
Freight charges are extra.
Shipment will be fulfilled by DHL Courier Services only.
Freight tariffs varies from country to country. 
We don't ship our products to Pakistan or China
