Customer's satisfaction has also been our highest priority. If a customer is not satisfied at any stage during business then they can inform us and we will give them best resolution.
How to place Order?
Parsi Kasti
1) Customer can fill our order form.
2) We will share the Kasti photo and thickness on WhatsApp. (If customer likes then we can go further).
3) We will confirm the address with customer on the WhatsApp.
4) Customer can pay via NEFT or PayTM.
5) After disbursing the payment, we will acknowledge the credit.
6) We will pack the kasti and dispatch on the same day and share the tracking code.
Parsi Sadra
1) Customer can measure the sadra and fill our order form.
2) We will contact customer on WhatsApp where they can share their sample sadra photo.
3) We will confirm the measurements and give you the rough quotation along with delivery date. (If the customer feels ok then we can go further.)
4) Once the sadras are ready, we will contact Customer and they can pay via NEFT or PayTM.
5) After disbursing the payment, we will acknowledge the credit.
6) We will pack the Sadra and dispatch on the same day and share the tracking code.
Shipping Policy
PalV's Kasti provides free shipping all over India. All the products will be shipped through Shree Maruti Couriers or Register AD via Indian Postal Services. We want to make sure that products that are shipped reaches to you in a safe and secure manner.
We have designed a special packing for your Kasti. This packing has gone through stringent tests to meet our expectation. This packing is designed to be eco-friendly so it does not pollute the environment.
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we send confirmation about your order by whatsapp or Email. The order processing may take some time due to COVID-19.
Return & Exchange Policy
Dear Customer, once the product is ordered and payment is confirmed, we follow No Refund, No Return and No Exchange Rule. Under any circumstances, product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
International Customers.
We Payment needs to be done via PayPAL Gateway in US dollars.
Kasti prices tags are different for International Customers.
Freight charges are extra.
Shipment will be fulfilled by DHL Courier Services only.
Freight tariffs varies from country to country.
We don't ship our products to Pakistan or China
